Late 1997 was when this layout was featured.
1998 marked this framed based layout.
1999 featured this layout.
1999-2001 this period marked the change to CESPage.com
2002 a radical design for the CESPage.com site.
2002-2004 marked the first global template used.
2004-2006 CESPage.com became HTML 4.01 and CSS 1.0 Compliant
2006-2007 Updated design to XHTML 1.0 and CSS 1.0
2007-Present This is the current design of CESPage.com
